We have stayed at this hotel twice. Rooms are clean, updated and have everything you need for a few days. The location has convenient access to highways. Snacks for purchase in lobby is nice. A few downsides: housekeeping has never actually cleaned my room any time I have stayed at this hotel. Not sure if that is normal but even after staying for 3 days they never come clean or replace towels. The breakfast is not good - skip it. Lastly, the mattress is VERY uncomfortable with zero support. Overall, decent value though.

Had to stay here this month 4 days for work. The staff was amazing and so friendly specifically the breakfast attendant. The hotel Could use a little deep clean though. The hallway carpet were filthy and the rooms could use some caulking and the shower door at the bottom was rusty the location was good. I have stayed at cleaner Home 2 suites hilton.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Best service. The rooms on the other hand, are disgusting. I had to move rooms because of bed bugs. Then they gave me a room with stains on the wall, mold in the bathroom and it smelled like urine. The property is directly behind I75 so you will get a lot of highway noise. Will do more research on Home 2 Suite properties before booking in the future.

The lady at check in when we got here was Ashley I believe and she was so nice. Offered us a cookie and when we found a problem in the room she immediately switched the room for us no questions asked. The only thing I don't really like is there's no maid service throughout the stay we had to ask for fresh towels. Also the rooms aren't the best looking but overall a good stay.

I needed a ADA room for 3 nights and that was the smallest room ever. The bathroom space was the best part. Wheelchair maneuverability was difficult and limiting. The hot water was barely warm at the highest temperature. I picked this brand based on past experience, but this was a disappointment. The lobby was clean and organized and breakfast was included. This was not a quiet place or a pleasant experience. 😒 would not recommend
